  Efficient picking and full respect of the vine

  The quality of the new and patented shaking system F.D.C., a major component of the Braud technology, ensures extremely efficient grape picking with maximum respect to the vine and the harvest.

  Quick shaking rods engagement

  To optimise the picking quality and the respect of the vegetation it is necessary to use the minimum number of shaking rods, varying from one vineyard to the other To achieve this objective a new patented system has been developed. It enables to activate the necessary shaking rods which are in a parking position. This system also enables to adjust quicly their vertical position. A shaker slow down kit is also available in option to protect fragile posts.

  Quick horizontal shaking rods spacing

  Varying leaf volumes of the vine, picking conditions and grape varieties require to adapt the horizontal distance between the shaking rods. On his monitor the operator controls the shaking rods spacing. Because of this integrated and easy to use feature, the setting is carried out so quickly that the respect of thevines is ensured in any vineyard and vegetation shape.

  New multifunction

  On the VL models a new system has been introduced to quickly have the base unit available for usage other than harvesting. This patented system allows detachment of the harvesting head in less than 15 minutes by one operator without using any tools. An extendible front equipment arm is optionally available. This fully adjustable interface is operated from within the cab where its controls are integrated into the multifunction lever.
