A USE ALL YEAR ROUND

  • The tractor base of the new grape harvesters have been designed to be used all year long, starting from the pre-pruning to the harvest. To achieve this objective, a new patented system for a quick picking head uncoupling has been developed. With this system it becomes easy for the operator to remove the picking head, with no key and no help, in less than 15 minutes. The tractor base can be fitted with the new spraying equipment co-designed with Berthoud in less than 10 minutes. For the front attachements a new arm has been developed. Controlled from the multifunction lever the arm is adjustable in hight and lenght.

  • A new hydrostatic transmission

    The new grape harvesters models VL have a new hydrostatic transmission. For a better traction capacity, the torque of the front and rear motors has been increased. Moreover the new hydrostatic circuit pump has an electrical control, that enables to set the cruise from the cab. This new system enables to keep the choosen cruise on any terrain. A precise cruise control, with radar is available (in option on the VM460 and VL610).
