Celebrating the Launch of New Products at Expointer 2012
N
ew Holland hosted a steady stream of visitors at the famous agriculture
exposition held each year in Porto Alegre, Brazil between the end of
August and beginning of September. During the event, there was much
to celebrate. This included the sale of the thousandth combine from
the CR range. On the market since 2010, this piece of equipment has had great
success among local farmers thanks to its exclusive twin rotor system.
João Rebequi, head of marketing for this machine, underlined the fact that,
the success the CR has enjoyed in Brazil is a reflection of what it has achieved
worldwide. Producers have chosen it because it ensures the greatest operating
efficiency and maximum quality, while minimising the loss of grain.”
At Expointer, New Holland also launched the CR5080 as a response to demand
from small and medium-sized agribusinesses - presenting the CR6080, CR9060
and CR9060 Premium, all the way up to the 450 cv CR9080, onto the Brazilian
market to complete the offering of high-powered combines.

for U.S. farmers. In fact,
New Holland is now
aligned with American
Ethanol as this biofuel
represents an ever
more important source
of steady income for
American farmers.
It is a clean energy
source and helps
progress the nation’s
ultimate goal of American

New Holland Agriculture, certified excellence
in Green & Energy performance
T
he International Standards Organisation (ISO) doubly rewards New Holland Agriculture in Turkey. TurkTraktor, the joint venture
company including CNH and Koç Holding, is the first Turkish manufacturer of farming vehicles and equipment to obtain both
certificates pertaining to energy managing systems and greenhouse gas control, namely the ISO 50001 Energy Management
and the ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gas Emissions quality certificates respectively. The first acknowledges and confirms New Holland’s
constant commitment to improving the efficiency of its manufacturing processes and reducing energy consumption and costs,
all of which also benefits the final quality and convenience of its products. The second certificate is awarded for the attention
the company pays to developing programmes and methods of measuring and reducing pollutant emissions from its factories.
