New Holland's T7500 tractor is the latest advance in the brand's comprehensive product development programme. Replacing the well-received TVT range, the new T7500 Series features new Tier III engines with higher power levels than the TVT, as well as additional features to increase productivity, and an improved cab with greater space, visibility and low noise levels of just 72dB(A).

Modern style
The range comprises two models, the T7530 and T7550 with rated power of 159 and 197 hp (cv)  and boosted power of 178hp to 216hp respectively, a 4hp increase each on predecessor model. The T7500 incorporates the brand's modern and practical styling; a sloping bonnet and large glass-area cab, which offer unimpeded views all-round.

The new high-visibility opening roof panel, in common with the T7000 cab, eases loader operations, while providing more space and improved ventilation. The air conditioning unit has been repositioned to the right hand side of the roof and the seat has been lowered, further increasing headroom, improving visibility and providing an ergonomically superior driving position.
The T7500 is primarily designed as a tillage machine for mid-size arable farms, but the model's easy-to-use variable transmission, electro-hydraulic remote valves and the standard  front-axle and cab suspension will give this versatile tractor a wide customer base, including those undertaking hay, silage and transport operations.

Power on demand
The new six-cylinder Tier III engines feature electronic governing and common rail injection. This enables the T7500 to benefit from up to a 20hp power boost at maximum power without affecting rated speed, ideally suited to the variable transmission as it ensures optimal fuel efficiency while fully boosted, accurately detailed by a new fuel consumption monitor.

The constant power range maintains rated power from 1800rpm to 2100rpm and when combined with a torque rise of up to 55%, ensures the T7500 has the power to keep going when loads increase.

Access to rear remote valves has been improved thanks to their relocation further back and lower down, making it easier for operators to connect hoses. A higher capacity, 100 litres/minute, oil flow coupler has been fitted to increase efficiency. Up to eight auxiliary valves can be specified, five to the rear, two forward and one as a dealer installed accessory. Rear lift capacity is 9900kg on both models.

Efficient control and intuitive design
New Holland has a strong reputation for innovative productivity tools to simplify tractor operation and raise work rates. The AutoController™ II armrest works in conjunction with the detailed A-pillar monitor to bring together all essential machine functionality and information, in a simple solution.

The AutoController II armrest places key functions at the operator’s fingertips. New touch-pad controls in the armrest allow any valve to be selected, with flow and timer setting precisely adjusted using a new thumbwheel. Separate raise and lower electronic draft control buttons offer more logical handling, while independent controls for forward and reverse direction simplify operation.

The new information display comprises a larger, more detailed screen and extended functionality. Dedicated PTO, fuel consumption, electro-hydraulic remote vales and headland turn sequencing (HTS) screens provide detailed information on each function including PTO and engine speed management, valve flow rates and up to 28 operations in the HTS program.

New Holland's BiDrive™ reverse drive can be specified on the T7500, enabling the operator rotate the seat through 180 degrees. An auxiliary steering wheel is mounted below the rear window, while key controls move with operator thanks to the AutoController II armrest.

Comfort and command
The T7500 puts the driver first, drawing upon New Holland's innovative and proven technology to make this tractor easy to operate.

AutoCommand infinitely variable transmission offers stepless changes from one metre per hour to 50kph for maximum flexibility on the road or in the field. Roadwork is further simplified with Active StopStart, allowing the T7500 to be driven entirely on the foot throttle and held on steep slopes without applying the brakes.

Lower engine speeds of 1510rpm at 40kph and 1890rpm at 50kph reduce noise, vibration and fuel consumption.

Terraglide™ front axle suspension and ComfortRide™ cab suspension are both standard on the T7500 for improved ride during road- and fieldwork. Dynamic Ride Control further improves handling by eliminating 'bounce' in heavy rear-mounted implements while in transport mode.

Eco-Fan uses variable blade pitch technology to provide a constant cooling effect on engine, air conditioning, oil cooling radiators and intercooler, while at the same time blowing the system clear of particulates for more efficient operation. Radiators can be easily accessed due to the wide-opening bonnet and swing-out radiator mechanism. A 500 hour service interval for engine oil and filter make the T7500 as easy to maintain as it is to operate.
