James takes up the baton in the Republic of Ireland 

Following the recent retirement of Ray Quinn, New Holland Agriculture is pleased to announce the appointment of James Carroll to the role of Area Sales Manager in the Republic of Ireland.

James moves from his role of Area Service Manager and takes up his duties with effect from 1 September 2009.

James said: “I am very much looking forward to taking up my new post and working with the committed and professional group of dealers we have in the Republic of Ireland. We have exciting times ahead and I look forward to being part of the company’s continued growth in the years to come.”

Rob Alker, New Holland Republic of Ireland Manager, added: “We are very grateful to Ray for over 40 years of dedicated service to New Holland. James brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role and I am sure he will continue to build on the excellent work of his predecessor.

“Despite challenging market conditions, we retain confidence in our core business whilst taking robust and careful measures to protect dealers and farmers from increased costs. As a result the New Holland brand is going from strength to strength. “
