New Holland’s new sales manager keeps sights fixed on local focus
New Holland’s new General Sales Manager for England and Wales, James Ashworth, has arrived with a determination to uphold the company’s strong local focus.

James has had a full and varied career in agriculture since graduating from college, having worked for a major manufacturer, run a large dealership, and set up his own agricultural dealership business.

He is eager to continue New Holland’s dedication to expert, local service and his valuable experience will be a big strength in delivering that philosophy by working with New Holland’s strong dealer network, located on customers’ doorsteps around the country.

New Holland is determined to develop an outstanding team and as well as progressing employees from within, bringing in talent like James will give an added boost of new experiences and skills.

James said: “New Holland is a prestigious brand with an enviable reputation worldwide for reliability and service – but one which still delivers close, personal help and easy access to its customers through a high quality dealer network.

“I want to help make sure that carries on. In fact, one of the things that made me want to work for New Holland was its dedication to running a truly local network that really answers the needs of farmers and puts them first.”

New Holland’s strategic connections around the country mean farmers have close, friendly contact, and can spend more time on the land instead of travelling long distances for crucial advice and equipment – costing them time and profit.

Top results spring from New Holland’s personal relationships with its customers and local knowledge, combined with its technical expertise and global resources, to provide a first class, speedy service at every level.

James added: “It’s a pleasure to have joined such a people-orientated company, and I’m looking forward to providing our customers with an experience that goes above and beyond what they expect.”

New Holland Managing Director Andrew Watson said: “James is a strong addition to the team and reflects our resolve to be the very best in the UK and Ireland.

“He understands our unique philosophy, what we want to achieve, and what our clients expect. I welcome him on board and I’m sure our customers will welcome him too.”
