The 99C series chopping corn header is ideal for no-till farming operations. Two chopping knives for each row unit deliver unsurpassed chopping and crop residue distribution. The 99C header maximizes crop control and minimizes operator fatigue for greater productivity. Four versions include 6-row, 8-row, 8-row folding and 12-row configurations, all with 30-inch row spacing.
The power-feed stalk roll chopping design consistently chops cornstalks into small segments at both fast and slow ground speeds. High-quality, self-tension gathering chains smoothly feed the stalks between the deck plates and towards the stalk rolls. Removing the gathering chain is fast and easy with the convenient gathering chain removal tool.
The pinching-style, two-piece stalk roll with front bearing support and four knives efficiently pulls the stalks down, providing sustained high capacity. Hydraulic-adjusted stripper plates can be easily modified from the cab to set the correct clearance for every condition.

When stalk chopping is not required, each row unit has independent gear boxes that allow you to quickly disengage the chopper for those units to save power and reduce wear.
RESILIENT POLYETHYLENE DIVIDERS
Durable, low-profile polyethylene dividers promote smooth crop flow and reduce ear bounce at faster field speeds. The color-impregnated polyethylene construction reduces dent damage, eliminates rust and lowers overall header weight. Gas struts on the dividers allow for easy checking and servicing of the row units. Optional rotary dividers are available for both left and right sides, to guide stalks into the header in heavy or fallen-crop conditions.
QUICK POSITION CHANGES
The eight-row folding model reduces the time needed to change from field position to road transport. Simply fold over the gathering points and change to the narrow 10.8-ft. transport width—without leaving your combine seat.
Auto-float sensors mounted on the outer header rows are available to maintain an even cutting height across the entire field. The standard Terrain Tracer™ system allows the header to float vertically and laterally as needed to automatically follow ground contours.
