VARIETY OF HEADERS EXPANDS FR SERIES UTILITY

A wide selection of high-capacity windrow pickup heads, corn headers and row-independent headers make FR Series harvesters versatile for handling multiple crops. And a simple header hookup system makes changing them fast and easy.

EASY-ADJUSTING HEADERS FLOAT OVER FIELDS

Designed to be responsive, the headers have a standard lateral float feature that allows them to follow ground contours and protect them from damage. An optional in-cab hydraulic-adjust lateral float is available. Optional sensor kits are available for 8- and 10-row corn headers, to automatically adjust them to ground height.

NEW PICKUP HEADER

Control the reel speed of the new FR Series pickup header using one switch in the cab. A hydraulic motor drives the reel and can be programmed to increase reel speed when ground speed increases, so that all the crop is picked up no matter how fast you are traveling.

FIVE ROW-INDEPENDENT CORN HEADS

Choose one of five row-independent corn heads to meet your operation’s size requirements. The newest is a ten-row head that’s a perfect match for the largest horsepower FR harvesters. Of the five, three units have small drums and two have large drums. All five can be fitted to any FR model.

QUICK, SIMPLE HEADER HOOKUP

Switching between headers is easy. One hydraulic quick-release block can be hooked up even under pressure. A new latch system includes a handle, so no tools are needed. The PTO is easy to reach and there is no need to crawl under the machine.
