POWERFUL, EFFICIENT CUTTING
All knife-drive systems are Schumacher hydraulically driven, planetary-reduction sickle drives, known for reliability. You choose the cutterbar system—the New Holland double-knife cutterbar or the Schumacher cutterbar system in either single- or double-knife version.
SMOOTH, EVEN FEEDING
Strong 42-inch-wide heavy-duty draper belts with molded V-guide feed the crop evenly to ensure consistent, uniform crop flow. Choose either center or double-swath delivery to match your needs on the 25-, 30- and 36-foot models.
CONVENIENT RETURN-TO-CUT FEATURE
Return to the preset cutting height after each pass with adjustable cut-height cylinders on each lift arm. A simple push of a button in the cab is all it takes. Also adjust the right- and left-hand cylinders separately to produce a stubble pattern that retains more windblown snow for valuable moisture.
BETTER CROP CLEARANCE WITH DEFLECTOR SHIELDS
Fixed-position crop deflector shields protect the drives without restricting heavy or wide windrows. The shields improve clearance under the windrower frame for bushy, wide windrows of canola or cereal crops and are standard on all models with the optional center delivery draper and on the H8040 Prairie Special.
