RVL SERIES

The new range of rotary tiller RVL series  is a perfect match for all types of compact and specialist tractors up to 45 HP. The robust design integrates all guards, avoiding extra parts. Due to the very smooth flow of soil inside the machine, the end result is an effective tillage. The special design of the frame and trailing board helps to give a perfect finish, with a highly effective crumbling and leveling effect. RVL rotavators are characterized by compact dimensions and simple design. In total 4 working widths starting at 100cm and finishing with the range topping 150cm RVL. All models come with single speed gearbox and either chain side drive or gear side drive. All models are mounted with skids to ensure proper depth control and protect driveline. An adjustable trailing board is included for all models. The compact dimensions and weight of the machine prove a superb match for the light specialty tractors, supporting a wide range of applications such as vegetable segment, horticulture and vineyards.

RVM SERIES

The rotary tiller RVM series has been developed to suit narrow tractors used in vineyard and orchard applications with cat. I or II hydraulic linkages.  The RVM will also fit standard tractors for general use. The range has all the options required for adaption to most needs for the farmer and end user. The RVM range is available with single speed or 4 speed gearboxes . Because of its modern design with increased rotor clearance and reinforced frame, the RVM series can be used on tractors up to 55 kW in hard soils and difficult conditions. The RVM series is ideal for weed control and seedbed preparation for vegetables, vineyards and general crops The RVM G version is equipped with a gear side drive, which is recommended for intensive use and heavy duty conditions. In addition, the machine can be supplied with a double tube configuration to increase overall strength for use in extreme conditions. As an option, the machine can be supplied with trailing board springs to ensure a perfectly smooth finish. The RVM QG version has 4 speed gearbox, which enables the operator to set the rotor speed for the conditions and finish required.

RVH SERIES

The RVH rotary tillers of New Holland are characterized by their versatility, 9 working widths starting at 120cm and finishing  with the range topping 255cm ensure a proper choice for all conditions. The sturdy and compact design of the machine  prove a superb match for most type of operations, supporting both special operations and common agriculture applications. The combination of different trailing boards, depth control and  rotors available, gives the user the possibility to apply it in many  different purposes such as: Vegetable production, orchards,  vineyards or normal farming. The very strong frame concept with double plate allows the use in very heavy  conditions without problems. With the new depth control concept the machine has a very compact overall size, which allows to work very close to the edge of the field and to other  possible obstacles (as irrigation systems or plantations.) Two types of gearbox are offered, a single speed or a quad speed option. In case of the single speed gearbox, the machines are engineered to run at 210 RPM when tractor is set on 540 RPM on the outtake. Additionally, the quad speed gearbox offers superior versatility, ensuring the right speed and capacity in all situations.

RVX SERIES

The RVX rotavators are characterized by durability and versatility. In total 7 working widths starting at 180cm and finishing with the range topping 355cm RVX. Three types of gearboxes are available:
• Lever change gearbox (incl. oil cooler and rear PTO)
• Quad speed gearbox
• Extra heavy quad speed gearbox In case of the lever change gearbox, the speed is easily changed  by changing position of lever.
The gearbox come with rear PTO  and oil cooler as standard. Additionally, the quad speed gearboxes offer superior versatility, ensuring the right speed all situations.  All models are equipped with gear side drive, ensuring optimum power transfer and long lifetime. Gearbox is equipped with friction clutch.

RLX SERIES

The special shape of the RLX blades even when is highly effective breaking the clods, take very small power from the tractor. Another positive aspect of the RLX rotors is the fact that the soil under the working depth receives discontinued pressure from the blades increasing the filtration capacity of the soil. The blade is coming into the soil in a “negative” angle,  meaning that the vegetal residues cannot be stacked in the middle of the rotor. The RLX rotavators are offered with two different rotor units F1 or RL. The F1 rotor is characterized by less tines compared to the RL rotor, leading to a less aggressive cultivation etc. In extension, the fixation of the tines is different on the two rotors. In case of the F1 rotor, the tines are connected to the rotor by a forged part with one bolt fixation. Opposite, the tines are fixated to the rotor by two bolts. The RLX rotavators are characterized by durability and versatility. In total 2 working widths starting at 255cm and finishing with the range topping 305cm RLX. Three types of gearboxes are available:
• Lever change gearbox (incl. oil cooler and rear PTO)
• Quad speed gearbox
• Extra heavy quad speed gearbox
