New Holland is undergoing a radical transformation to ensure its strongest assets, the New Holland dealer network and customer base are provided with the highest level of support possible in all areas of the business.
New Holland Brand Leader Mark Massingham confirmed the organisations transformation today by saying, “We understand the importance of working with our dealer network and customers to provide the highest level of service and support possible. By evolving our company structure with a greater focus in the field we will be better placed to align ourselves with the New Holland dealer network and be firmly geared towards providing a strongly customer focused organisation”.
New Holland will move towards a Commercial Business Unit (CBU) Structure with dedicated teams supporting a dedicated group of dealers. This new structure will ensure New Holland has the strongest field coverage possible with specialised roles within the team to further support and train customers and dealers on key product lines and features.
The CBU structure will see an additional ten heads added to the existing New Holland structure, “We see this as a strong showing of commitment to our dealers and customers’, said Mark.
“The industry continues to evolve and we want to ensure we have enough staff on the ground to best assist both dealers and customers from the sales process through to service and parts”.
The new structure will include dedicated Business Managers, Parts Sales Managers, Service Managers and Field Product Specialists. New Holland strongly believes these newly created roles will ensure the brand is able to provide greater territory coverage while maintaining the brands integrity on a National scale.
“This refocussed new organisation structure will allow us to provide a better level of support to our dealers and customers, while also increasing our priority on being a customer focussed organisation, increasing response times while ensuring we become easier to do business with”, said Mark.
