New Holland is renowned the world-over for its perfectly shaped bales, and the Pro-Belt is no exception. The all-new bale formation area features a simplified design with fewer moving parts. The sledge formation rolls have been removed, and with fewer rollers and four endless belts, you can enjoy more reliable operation with less maintenance.

CORE BALE STRENGTH

The fixed rollers generate an aggressive rolling action and when combined with the belt angle, this delivers quicker, tighter core formation for denser bales. The variable chamber technology means that operations can vary the size of the bale produced in 5cm increments, from 90cm right up to 165 or 190cm to enhance baling flexibility.

INTUITIVE DENSITY CONTROL SYSTEM

The intuitive, in cab, bale density control system can cater for varying crop conditions and bale end uses requirements while on the move. Operators can adjust bale density in 10 bar increments from the cab monitor. The actual bale density is displayed on the monitor and users can set different core and outer layer densities. Lower core density is ideal for hay baled in marginal conditions which needs to breathe or will be used for feed. High density cores are ideal when extensive handling is required.

POWERFUL BELT DRIVE

The twin belt drive, means that double the amount of belts are in contact with the drive which greatly improves power transfer and increase performance in any baling condition.
