The DuraVee™ series offers eight different model configurations covering working widths from 7.4 to 11 metres, making it easy for operators to select the optimal size for their operation. The simple model numbering system reflects the number of wheels and the maximum working width, allowing farmers to quickly identify the rake that best suits their needs, from small hay producers through to large commercial operations. 

Designed with contractors and high-acreage operators in mind, these rakes are built around a heavy-duty frame engineered to thrive in harsh Australian environments. Their robust design ensures long-term performance, while the stable 2.5-metre transport width allows for safe and efficient movement between paddocks or down public roads. 

Both ranges provide fast and accurate adjustments, enabling operators to fine-tune wheel height, row width, and reel angle to suit their crop and field conditions. These straightforward adjustments make the rakes extremely versatile and ensure they can be quickly tailored to suit individual operator preferences across a wide range of haymaking scenarios.

To minimise downtime and reduce service costs, the DuraVee™ rakes feature non-greaseable high-density polythene bushes paired with induction-hardened chrome pins. This system provides long-lasting performance without the need for continual lubrication, giving operators peace of mind and keeping the rake in the field where it belongs.

The DuraVee™ models utilise 1.4-metre raking wheels fitted with 40 x 7mm tines (optional 8mm tines are available), supported by individually sprung wheels that allow excellent flotation over uneven ground while minimising soil contamination. The DuraVee™ Plus takes performance further with fully shielded rubber flex tine reels that gently handle the crop, reduce wrapping, and limit the effects of wind. Their large-diameter design creates a uniform, well-formed windrow ideal for premium hay production.

For operators seeking greater convenience and efficiency, the optional hydraulic folding system allows raking width to be controlled directly from the tractor seat. A single hydraulic cylinder manages the transition from transport to working position, dramatically reducing setup time and providing precise, on-the-go width adjustment. A safety bar is included for secure road travel.

A splitter kit is recommended when raking three rows into one. It splits the centre row to either side before the new row is formed, for more even hay making.
