1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the 2025 AirTouch 500 at The Bend (Competition). By entering the Competition, you confirm you are over the age of 18 years and acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ENTER THE COMPETITION.
1.2. The Competition will be conducted by CNH Industrial Australia Pty Limited (ACN 76 000 031 130) of 31-53 Kurrajong Road, St Marys NSW 2760 (Promoter).
1.3. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or its social media platforms of Instagram.
1.4 .Your entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms (as amended from time to time).

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:  

• Like the Competition post 
• Follow us @new_holland_australia on Instagram or Facebook
• Comment on the post in 30 words or less by letting us know "What excites you about attending the 2025 AirTouch 500 at The Bend?” 
• (Optional) Tag a friend to share the Prize (not required for entry).

3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any duplicate entries or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on 26/08/2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 07/09/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5.Prize

2 x Adult 3 day + Paddock - General Admission passes to 2025 AirTouch 500 at The Bend 13/09/2025 to 14/09/2025 (Prize)
Total Prize value is approximately $300.00 AUD

5.1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 
5.2. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.  

6. Judging Criteria

6.1. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the question.
6.2. Judging will take place within 1 business day of the Competition close date by the Promoter 
6.3. The Promoter is the sole judge of the Competition and the judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. One winner will be chosen from entries across New Holland’s Meta accounts of Instagram and Facebook

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be announced on 08/09/2025 via New Holland Australia’s Instagram and Facebook Meta accounts, and the winner will be contacted by the Promoter via direct message.  
7.2. The winner must respond within 24 hours of the direct message contact to claim the Prize. Failure to do so will result in a new winner being chosen by the Promoter.  
7.3. If a Prize is unclaimed, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be sent to the winner via email and/or SMS. 

9. General Conditions

9.1. By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms 
9.2. Participants hereby consent to entries (including any content contained in them) being used in any advertising and promotional materials by the Promoter without the need for the Promoter to obtain any further consent from the participant and without any compensation to the participant.
9.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its control affect the Competition's fairness or integrity.
9.4. Any fraudulent, spam, or inappropriate entries will be disqualified from the Competition.  

10. Privacy

Any Personal Information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://agriculture.newholland.com/en-au/oceania/legals/terms-of-use and solely for the purpose of administering this Competition.
