Well-suited for environments sensitive to noise and emissions and for working in
proximity to people and animals, New Holland’s fully electric C314X compact tracked
loader will be displayed alongside other machines from its Light Equipment lineup at
Agritechnica 2025.

quieter, more compact machines — reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and

Like other models in the Light Equipment range, the C314X is designed and built inhouse
as the zero-emission evolution of the diesel C314, which was announced in 2023.
The new machine combines the advantages of conventional mini track loaders –
versatility, high performance and high maneuverability – with the benefits of electric
drive systems, including zero emissions, significantly lower noise, immediate drive and
hydraulic response, and a smaller carbon footprint.
The C314X, currently at prototype stage, is powered by a 23.5 kWh lithium-ion battery
that in turn powers three electric motors, two for the driveline and one for the hydraulics.
Across multiple applications, attachments, charging options and environmental
conditions, the C314X matches the capabilities of conventionally powered equivalents,
with a greatly reduced total cost of ownership due to less maintenance needs, fuel vs
electric power economy and no power consumption when idle.
With its radial lift boom design, the C314X has a rated operating capacity of 460 kg and
a hinge pin height of 2.2 m. It is available in two undercarriage configurations, wide
track with 250 mm rubber tracks and a total width of 1026 mm and narrow tracks with
a total width of just 890 mm, that make the C314X the ideal fit for tight garden gates
and doorways.
Intuitive electro-hydraulic controls mean the C314X is designed for instant operation:
the operator simply steps onto the platform, and the machine is immediately ready to
work.
It is a stand-on machine, so the operator simply steps onto the comfortable rear platform
with its new ergonomic joysticks that allow a firmer grip while comfortably operating the
machine in maximum safety. A blend of ultra-compact dimensions but powerful drive
and hydraulic components make the C314X ideal for livestock and horticultural farmers,
landscape contractors and residential construction operations, thanks to multiple
compatible attachments to ensure full versatility to dig, load, drill and more.
Availability
New Holland is unveiling the C314X at Agritechnica 2025, with orders opening within
year-end. Deliveries will commence Spring 2026.
