New Holland Agriculture is launching at Agritechnica 2019 a standard zero-cost Extended Warranty package for its CR and CX 7/8 flagship combine ranges. The warranty covers engine, driveline and after-treatment system for 3 years or 1,200 engine hours (whichever comes first). It is now introduced in Germany, France, the UK and Romania, and will be extended to other European markets in 2021.
New Holland is the first brand in Europe to offer as standard such an in-house comprehensive warranty package, testament to its confidence in the superior quality of its flagship combines and its commitment to meeting its customers’ demand for a clear Total Cost of Ownership of their equipment.
Lars Skjoldager Sørensen, Crop Harvesting Product Management, commented: “In addition to the standard extended warranty New Holland provides flagship combine customers all the benefits of a professional dealer network with technicians specialising in combines, a dedicated team to respond to their requests round the clock, and priority parts management with dedicated parts transport to ensure a fast resolution. Also included is specific training for their combine operators, to ensure they get the best performance and uptime for their machine.”
This offer is part of New Holland’s wide range of extended warranties and maintenance contracts tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, making it easy for them to plan for a stable cash flow for their business.
