During the 2022 Mystery Creek Fieldays collect, colour and submit your colouring in picture before 4pm on 3 December to be in the draw to WIN.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Entries open 8am NZDT on 30 November 2022 and will close 5pm NZDT on 3 December 2022. Entries are open to all attendees of the Mystery Creek Fieldays.
All entries must be submitted at the New Holland stand during the Fieldays event to be eligible to win.
CNH Industrial employees are ineligible to enter.
You can enter as many times as you like.
New Holland reserves the right to determine if a submission meets the specified criteria and disqualify entries that do not. No negotiation will be entered into.
The prize, a New Holland pedal tractor, is unable to be exchanged for cash or other New Holland merchandise.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
JUDGING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit. Entries will be judged by New Holland on originality, composition and overall impact according to the Promoter’s aims. New Holland’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via details submitted on the entry (ie name, contact phone number) by 20th December and the prize will be sent via registered post.
By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to the use of their photograph for printing, broadcast, publicity, social media, New Holland website and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such material. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner acknowledges that the Promoter acquires the entry for use for its commercial purposes and agrees not to object to any such use.
