manage the requests, which can be activated through the MyNew Holland™ app and the Top Service toll free
number. New Holland and the Dealer network will do all possible to provide support, checking many options
to get our customers back on the move as quickly as possible and the request will be followed up until the
machine is fully repaired. The team relies on a Priority Parts process and dedicated service team, to reach a
fast resolution. The service is able to solve more than 80% of breakdowns in less than 48 hours, this is our
commitment to our customers!
