Eligibility:
To be eligible for entry:
• Entrants must be New Zealand residents, aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must purchase a New Holland agricultural machine from a participating New Zealand dealership during the promotional period.
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, participating dealers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period: The promotion begins on 1 June 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on 31 August 2025, inclusive.

How to Enter:
• Entrants must complete their entry form online at: https://agriculture.newholland.com/en-nz/oceania/services-and-solutions/offers-and-promotions/bathurst-promotion
• Eligible customers who complete a qualifying purchase within the promotional period will be automatically entered into the applicable monthly draw.
• One entry per eligible purchase.
• Purchases must be completed (invoiced) within the promotional period.
• Entry details must match the purchase record.
• Entrants must retain proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Prize Details:
There are three (3) grand prizes to be won — one per month (June, July, August).
Each prize includes:
• Return economy-class flights for the winner and three (3) guests from Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch to Sydney, Australia
• Return ground transfers between Sydney Airport and Bathurst
• 3 nights’ accommodation (Friday 10 October to Monday 13 October 2025)
• Event-day transfers
• Corporate suite access at the Red Bull Ampol Racing hospitality area during the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000
• Dinner bookings and selected event catering
• Official welcome gift pack and Triple Eight Racing merchandise
Flights are available only from Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Prizes are valid only for New Zealand residents. Winners and guests are responsible for holding valid passports and meeting all Australian visa/entry requirements.
All travel documentation must be submitted to CNH Industrial and/or the event organiser by the date specified at the time of winner notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:
• One (1) winner will be drawn randomly each month by CNH-authorised staff at the CNH Industrial head office in St Marys, NSW, Australia.
• Draws will occur on the first business day of the following month (i.e., July, August, September 2025).
• Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prize Conditions:
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All four travellers must be available for travel from Friday 10 October to Monday 13 October 2025.
• If the winner or any of their nominated guests are unable to travel, the entire prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.

Liability:
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to arrange travel insurance, comply with all entry and health requirements for Australia, and cover any personal expenses during the trip.

Privacy:
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
• Entry constitutes consent for the Promoter to use the entrant’s name, image, and details for promotional and marketing purposes, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

General:
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
• The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
