Chief Executive Officer

Scott W. Wine is the Chief Executive Officer of CNH Industrial and an executive director on the Company’s Board of Directors. Leading a workforce of over 35,000 across the globe, Mr. Wine assumes complete accountability for the Company’s results, whilst ensuring it delivers them in accordance with the highest ethical standards. His focus is on best supporting CNH Industrial’s dealers and customers through a diverse and inclusive workforce, industry leading technology, exceptional safety and quality, and unmatched innovation.

Mr. Wine has an exceptional track record as a proven leader, with both considerable international experience across a variety of industries, and extensive mergers and acquisitions expertise in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Mr. Wine holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy. He serves on the Boards of US Bancorp and the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.

Brand President

Carlo Lambro was appointed Vice President New Holland Agriculture EMEA in January 2013. In September 2013 he became Brand President of New Holland Agricultural Equipment, and also joined the Group Executive Council of CNH Industrial.

Mr. Lambro joined the New Holland Agriculture brand more than 25 years ago. Throughout his career he gained extensive, commercial experience in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. As such, he was appointed as Sales Manager New Holland Brand Portugal in 1993. In 1994, he assumed commercial responsibility for all Eastern Europe countries and became Business Director for CIS area, China and Far East in 1999. One year later he was appointed Business Director for Russia and CIS, with responsibility for all agricultural brands within the Fiat Group.

In 2004, Mr. Lambro was appointed General Manager of Shanghai New Holland Agriculture Machine Corporation in addition to his responsibilities as CNH Country Manager for China.
Mr. Lambro was appointed Business Director New Holland Agriculture for Italy in 2006 and one year later he was appointed Business Director New Holland Agriculture Europe.

Mr. Lambro holds a Master degree of Agrarian Sciences from the University of Bologna.

Sean Lennon is Vice President Europe at New Holland Agriculture - a Brand of CNH Industrial.
He has been working at CNH Industrial for almost two decades and has significant expertise in after sales, customer support and product management, specifically in tractors. Since 2020 he is responsible for the sales of all New Holland's product segments in the European market.
He has a degree in Agricultural Engineering with Business Management from Writtle University College in Essex, United Kingdom.
CNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company that sustainably advances the noble work of agriculture and construction workers. The Company provides the strategic direction, R&D capabilities, and investments that enable the success of its five core Brands.

North America Vice President
Sally Johnson is the Vice President of New Holland Agriculture North America, responsible for driving growth and further expanding New Holland’s presence in North America. She is deeply passionate about New Holland and wishes to serve its customers, dealers, and team members.
Prior to joining the Company’s Senior Leadership team, Ms. Johnson has held the position of Director of Sales, where she provided strategic vision and retail execution for New Holland’s U.S. and Canada-based field sales team. Her 16 years of experience with CNH Industrial brings a multi-faceted perspective to the brand’s top leadership position.
Joining CNH Industrial in 2005, Ms. Johnson served in roles with increasing responsibility in the CNH Industrial Capital and CNH Industrial Parts & Service organizations before joining the New Holland brand’s senior leadership team in 2020.

Latin America Vice President
Eduardo Kerbauy de Freitas Luís holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience at CNH Industrial, including 18 years at New Holland Agriculture, and has worked in different countries such as Italy, England and France. From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Product Marketing Director for the brand in Latin America. From 2019 to 2022, he was Brazil Market Director for New Holland Agriculture, before assuming, in 2023, the vice-presidency for Latin America.

Matthieu Séjourné was appointed Vice President New Holland Asia Pacific Region in October 2021.
He joined CNH Industrial in March 2002 covering several growing sales and marketing responsibilities on the African continent until 2009 when he joined TurkTraktor, the JV of CNH Industrial in Turkey, where he was Chief Marketing Officer. In 2016 he joined the Asia Pacific region, where he was first responsible for Product Marketing, before being appointed Brand Leader for Case IH. In January 2019, Mr. Séjourné was appointed Brand Leader for New Holland and Case IH in the Asia, Middle East and Africa region.
Mr. Séjourné holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi Milan, Italy, and a Master’s in Engineering from CESTI-Paris (now called SUPMECA: Superior Centre of Study in Industrial Techniques – Mechanical Engineering School), with a major in Supply Chain Management.
