With MYPLM ™ Connect, you can send and receive information in real time from your connected equipment, monitor the locations and the usage of your fleets, manage precision farming operations, get the Dealer’s remote support 24/7, register machine parameters and data, manage machine maintenance intervals and much more.

Through MyPLM® Connect, New Holland specialized technicians operating in the Control Room, remotely monitor the connected machines, retrieve the data and analyze specific codes, implementing the needed solutions and preventing possible failures even before they occur. When a fault is detected and identified, the system itself proactively notify the Dealer with the required corrective action, so that they can immediately arrange the in-field or remote assistance. And the work won’t stop.

In high season, our Uptime Support experts are ready to support 24/7 as soon as your assistance request is recorded. Together with your New Holland dealer, we do all possible to provide the quickest and most effective support, until the inconvenient is fixed and you are back in your field!

UPTIME WARRANTY
The Manufacturer Extended Warranty program under the same conditions as the first year that allows to upgrade and further extend the standard warranty up to a maximum of 6 (1+5) years. With Uptime Warranty you are assured that all possible failures will be professionally fixed by specialized technicians of your New Holland Dealer and you won’t need to pay for anything else, keeping operating costs under control.

PRESEASON CHECK
Performed by New Holland dealer technicians, according to the official Manufacturer inspection list, the annual check-up covers more than 100 check points. Following your Dealer’s indications you can keep your machine in good shape, preventing unwanted downtime during the season. The inspection is recommended once a year at your best convenience and after the check you can decide to proceed or not with the recommended repairs.
