Our Uptime Support experts are ready to support 24/7 as soon as your assistance request is recorded.

 Together with your New Holland dealer, we do all possible to provide the quickest support by c​hecking many options, investigating alternative solutions for replacement parts, involving our plants and suppliers if needed, following up your request until the inconvenient is fixed and you are back in your field! ​​

​​Our parts and service teams are on call in high season, ready to search for the part or technical solution needed to get our customers back on the move as quickly as possible. For parts delivery we have many options from planes to taxi carriers to keep customer down time to a minimum.​

• In high season a member of the New Holland team is always ready to support as soon as the new assistance request is recorded.
• New Holland and the Dealer network will do all possible to provide support, checking many options such as providing a temporary backup unit.
• We also investigate alternative part solutions and support from the factory where necessary.
• New Holland will follow up the request until the machine is fully repaired.
• For the connected machine New Holland and the Dealer Network are able to remotely support the customer’s machine, minimizing the down time and maximizing the efficiency of the service contact.
